Just had a new heat pump installed by Heating & Air Conditioning Raleigh. The engineer doing the work couldn't have been more pleasant, hardworking, and respectful. The salesperson also impressed us, always willing to answer many questions as we went through the decision-making process. We had Bob from Heating & Air Conditioning Raleigh come out to service our furnace. He took time to resolve an issue that had been causing trouble for a while. He was polite and took time to explain things. We are very happy with the service and would recommend for their outstanding service.
Very friendly and does an excellent job while going above and beyond the normal HVAC job pointing out and sometimes even fixing other issues with the home.Very nice, punctual and satisfied with the work and in a timely fashion! Would recommend!
