Very very very bad experience! I have been contacted with them for almost 2 months, they never responded back to me or was not able to fix the heater Do Not trust its service !
Kudos to Duke, Debra and the team! Great service, professional installation and great price for our furnace replacement in Los Altos. Duke has once again, delivered all that we could have asked for by a service professional. We recommend this company without reservation.
The first time we called Duke’s about a year and a half ago, was for a general service on the heater we had such a great experience. So when we needed a heater repair this week we knew exactly who to call. Duke’s was able to make it out quickly, was patient to find, and fix our issue to get our heater back up and running. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Last year the ac control panel was replaced. In less than one month, the NEW panel stopped operating. Service came and replaced the panel and was charged with the labor fee for replacing! Today the panel stopped working again after one year, fan won’t stop. I have no confidence in their parts.
We hired Dukes Heating to fix our furnace during cold spell this winter. On first visit the tech installed a new limit switch which had already been diagnosed by previous HVAC company. The work he did installing that limit switch caused our furnace control board to blow out. So he needed to come back now to fix that too. He gave me part # to order on Amazon , which I did. $300 part. Once he cane back and worked another hour he told me that part which he had asked for was wrong part.
