I have been at Dukes Gym since December last year and am still absolutely loving it My trainer, Michael, is always so helpful, has great tips to make training easier, help with diet and food and allows me to do a good variety of training. Overall my strength has significantly improved thanks to my trainer and couldn’t recommend them more.

I’ve recently started PT sessions with Noah after way too long not doing any exercise let alone setting foot in a gym which I can’t explain how much I was dreading! Right from the first interaction with Noah he made me feel so at ease and to not dread the thought of exercise so much! Yo yo man and the team provide a non judgmental space to come in and focus on fitness ... couldn't recommend highly enough
