Duke’s Chimney is an outstanding Co run by a true and honest professional. Marco, the owner who has been in the business for twenty plus years, solved a chimney problem in my home that was caused by an energy efficient boiler which had been installed in October of 2024. Update: I was offered a free cleaning for the inconvenience (described below). A technician came out the next day at my requested time, arrived a few minutes early and got the job done. Thank you! After 45 minutes of waiting for the technician to arrive to clean my chimney, I called and was told he was running late. The tech was expected to arrive 2 hours after the appointment time. I easily decided to take my business elsewhere. It was a complete lack of respect for my time. So frustrating.

When Jaime and his partner came out they were very courteous and knowledgeable. The cleaning job was thoroughly done. Jaime even gave me some maintenance tips and extra tape too, which was very considerate. I definitely recommend Duke’s for your local services. Before this, I was dealing with another company that rescheduled me 3 weeks in a row and wasted my time. So I went online to replace them and found Duke’s. Thankfully Duke’s was able to give me a convenient appointment and finally get the job done. Thank you!
It is rare to find workers these days that take pride in what they do, but these fellas did. The gentlemen who cleaned my firebox went above and beyond the normal cleaning, and I would certainly recommend them. Outstanding job.
