It was so good to see him again. He's always helpful. He's always nice. His son is nice but as long as we have been coming there he wouldn't even let me exchange a wig even though I just went out the door and was in the parking lot. I had a client purchase hair from you guys , it was 36 inch locs , the locs was falling apart at the middle because they where not put together correctly, then told her once she called and told them 2 of her locs broke in public and the quality of hair was unacceptable for the $70 dollars she spent on the packs of hair all together “HE TOLD HER ITS NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT THAT “ smh unprofessional
