Fred, our repair tech from Duke air was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained the repairs that we needed. He showed us tge parts of our air conditioning unit that were damaged which we appreciated. He was very kind and polite. Appreciate the quality work and technical skill he demonstrated.
He repaired my thermostat. Was way ahead of schedule and very professsional.
He was extremely nice and very professional and knew what he was doing He didn’t bullshit me Or con me into anything I didn’t need in fact he told me exactly what needed to be fixed with no problem It’s refreshing to see a young professional be a straight shooter when it comes to HVAC
