Absolutely delicious food! I have Sage chicken with cilantro rice and brussel sprouts. I've been traveling and eating out from Las Vegas, through Page, AZ, and I was willing to drive 2 hours to try the meals at Duke's. Best well flavored and prepared food of all the places I ate! Service was exceptional as well!
We were staying in a one bedroom cabin at the Desert Rose Resort for a night and opted to eat dinner here since it was attached to the lodge after our long drive. We were greeted and seated promptly. They brought us some delicious rolls and this amazing butter to go with them. We were also served ice water as well as a pitcher to keep our cups full. Duke's is a true gem in the desert. I had the roast chicken which was tender and delicately seasoned. My friends had cauliflower soup and crab appetizer and pasta. Both loved their meals. We all had chocolate mousse for dessert. It was amazing, rich and creamy. I try not to have high expectations when dining in small rural towns. Duke's exceeds all expectations!
Excellent repas. Un peu d'attente pour avoir une table car c'était le seul restaurant ouvert dans les environs. Nous avions un biper nous avons pu attendre ailleurs et retourner dans la chambre.
Tonight was very busy for the two women running the front of the restaurant. I really wanted to recognize Jordan for having the patience of a Saint & such a kind demeanor. So many people would ask over & over if it was their turn yet and were frankly not super kind to her. She was so incredibly kind & patient. The second someone walked in they were greeted!!
