If I could give a 0 star I would, I came in at 13 weeks with really bad cramps which ended up being early contractions but this was my first pregnancy and I had no idea! They didn’t listen to my pain or take me seriously. Instead they just ruled it as a uti before even getting a test back. A hour later I went home to my water breaking and I delivered on my toilet all alone. It has scarred me for life I wish my pain was taken more seriously! People stay away take your baby and you else where!!!!
My doctor is lovely and has helped me through my health concerns but the receptionist staff are rude and unprofessional. In addition to, the staff refuse to send information over to insurance to authorize a prescription.
Wasted weeks of my time to receive third trimester prenatal care with misinformation only to find out they are short providers and can't take any new transfers of care.
I really appreciate Mrs. Keira for the help because I talked to 3 different people and no one could help me with my problem but Mrs. Keira was being patient with me and help me with everything step by step and if anyone had question or need’s assistance with anything Mrs. Keira is the one I really appreciate her for her hard work.
