My doctor is lovely and has helped me through my health concerns but the receptionist staff are rude and unprofessional. In addition to, the staff refuse to send information over to insurance to authorize a prescription.
Wasted weeks of my time to receive third trimester prenatal care with misinformation only to find out they are short providers and can't take any new transfers of care.
I really appreciate Mrs. Keira for the help because I talked to 3 different people and no one could help me with my problem but Mrs. Keira was being patient with me and help me with everything step by step and if anyone had question or need’s assistance with anything Mrs. Keira is the one I really appreciate her for her hard work.

Sara Fawson is the absolute best! I would follow her anywhere within the greater raliegh area to receive care. She is caring and attentive. I've always felt heard with her and been allowed to be part of the process of making healthcare decisions for myself.
