You get what you see with their rating. No point in wasting your time. They’re not worth it. I’ve been with Duke for years and this office is terrible! There are so many other great providers. This location / team is NOT it, they have more 1 star reviews than 5 star. They don’t even have one 3 star rating which is average.
Let’s start off with the rest of the comments above and below the reception over the phone sucks and I don’t know whether they alternative rotate or what… but when in office they are VERY respectful and treat you quickly and get you sign in and out! I wanted to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit. When I arrived, I had already checked in through the MyChart app, as I have done before without issues. However, the front desk staff member, Courtney, told me (in a loud and dismissive tone) that the app does not work, which I know is not true since I’ve used it successfully before. Their actions would have led to my death. When I called to speak to a Dr. They refused to connect me with one. Leslie and Hannah were unhelpful and Dr. Brown could care less. If I fell to my death in their presence I'm sure they'd step over my dead body. The workers there are not fit to treat patients. Do not go there.
