I was a patient of Dr Howell, who prescribed me a contraceptive. I recently moved to a different state and have a hard time finding a new provider before I run out of the contraceptive in 8 weeks. Dr. Alfonso doesn't explain anything during appointments and afterwards, he visibly shows that you are bothering him rather than coming to solve your health problems. Instead of helping when I felt unwell due to the medication he prescribed, which also caused my periods to disappear, he refused to change my therapy and told me to wait for another doctor's appointment in 4 months with the same medication. My advice it's better to switch clinics.

I left out so confused. I was confused from the moment i scheduled..as the scheduler kept putting me on hold and seemed confused ….to the time i had a nurse intake appointment and found out that the date of my last period was listed incorrectly and my due date was calculated based on that…then the nurse seemed confused and told me that wasnt supposed to be scheduled at this location. Terrible experience as this is my 1st pregnancy

First of all, I was rushed into a room very callously by the ultrasound tech like my life depended on how fast she could get me out. Then I was told I would have to get a vaginal ultrasound since they couldn't hear the heartbeat. Well the ultrasound tech was not kind during the process and was knocking the thing around like a sledgehammer in my uterus. She then told me that there w... read more
