These reviews worry me. Im having my second child and have been going here because i love the doctors. I NEVER feel rushed. Last doctor I saw let me pull out a whole pharmacy from my purse because I wanted to know if the products were safe. I love Dr. BARETT. In fact, she is the whole reason I didn't switch hopsitals this time around. Hopefully my experience doesn't change.
You get what you see with their rating. No point in wasting your time. They’re not worth it. I’ve been with Duke for years and this office is terrible! There are so many other great providers. This location / team is NOT it, they have more 1 star reviews than 5 star. They don’t even have one 3 star rating which is average.
Let’s start off with the rest of the comments above and below the reception over the phone sucks and I don’t know whether they alternative rotate or what… but when in office they are VERY respectful and treat you quickly and get you sign in and out!
