I have HG. They do not how to treat severe nausea in pregnancy. At this point the doctors have ghosted me completely, I cannot get through to them at all. I have now switched practices. During my last pregnancy during labor, I was also left alone during my entire labor experience for hours until I broke down, asked for pain meds and then they checked me and said I was ready to give birth. Pretty sure I had been for hours. I ended up needing a c section because the babies heart beat kept getting lost.

I recently visited this health center for my 38-week follow-up appointment — just a routine nurse practitioner checkup, nothing complicated like an ultrasound or treatment. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff seemed completely unknowledgeable and unable to assist with our insurance information. We were asked to wait while they tried to verify it with the provider. Dr. Alfonso and the people who did my intake were wonderful and kind. I feel very comfortable asking questions from everyone who works here! Anytime someone has been uncertain about a question they still direct me to someone who knows the answer.
