The worst clinic i have ever been to. The staffs are disrespectful to the patients and very rude. The doctor is not patient for my visit. This is my first and last visit here! Listen to the previous patients' voice, don't come! You won't want to go through this awful experience.
Each visit to this clinic, I receive exemplary care from Doctor Carrie and Doctor Alyssa! The check-in runs smoothly and efficiently with cordial reception along with the reasonable wait time until the time to check out. Great, calm atmosphere.
I saw Dr. Carrie Jones here during my six years living in the Triangle. I could not have been more fortunate in finding a doctor. I have had bad experiences at prior OBGYN offices but Dr. Jones was so comforting to have as my doctor. I never had any issues with scheduling. The office staff was always friendly and expedient in their services.
How can a clinic not schedule follow up appointments for 4 months? Absolutely unprofessional and neglectful. If I didn’t reach out to them they would’ve have had no clue. Was only referred to a few ultrasound appts at a different clinic. Totally unacceptable
I love Duke women’s. This is my second baby I’ll be having with them and I have also been receiving routine care since 2018. I have been to all of the locations. My favorite doctors are Dr. Patterson and Dr. Nieves because they are so friendly and always smiling. However, all the doctors are good. There are a lot of them too. They always take me back early or on time but I always arrive early as well.
