Very professional, but a bit lacking on personality.
I wish I had read all the reviews before I accepted an appointment at this facility. Well, I'm a cancer patient currently on chemotherapy. I have been waiting for this appointment for months. I drove 30 miles feeling like crap, but hey, I was finally going to see a urologist. I'm 50 with all my bones in bad shape due to cancer, but I don't need more issues, so it was a very important appointment. I came here to let everyone know about the unethical way this office treats its patients, and lo and behold, it looks like everyone has had similar experiences. I obtained a refill prescription here for a medicine that requires syringes which was valid for a year, but the PA forgot to send in the script for the syringes. A few months later, I run out of syringes. My pharmacy sends in a request, and this office responds that they will not refill the syringe prescription without me coming in for an appointment.
