My experience with Duke Urology of Raleigh was extremely disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment with a urologist after receiving a clear referral from my primary care physician. Instead of scheduling the appointment, I was told that the scheduling representative needed to review my CT scan results to determine whether I should even be seen by a urologist. I'd pretty much rather DIE than go to this hospital. Unfortunately, sure to insurance I'm stuck with them at this time. The horrible attitudes, the indifferent or condescending tones as well as abject disregard for scheduling and other individual patient concerns. Follow up non-existent, limited parking and general detachment which I understand to a degree but you at least want the illusion your medical team gives AF! You might
