They saved my life today. Thank you for taking the time to do the uncomfortable things that needed to be done to figure out what was wrong. I am so grateful to this very helpful staff. When I was in a bad place, they treated me like they would treat family. Thank you.

Dr. Lynch was the worst provider I have seen in my entire life, which is unfortunate because the front desk staff and nurses are all great, as well as the PA Michelle I saw several weeks ago. Dr. Lynch came in the room already seeming angry and committed to misunderstanding me. She got ALL the details I had shared with the nurse WRONG, including medications I was on for the issue and what had worked in the past. Horrible- Dr wrote conflicting directions for an antibiotic and Walgreens has called them twice with no return call, and I called them with no answer - just leaving voicemails to get an antibiotic filled!!!! Unbelievable incompetence and lack of patient care!!!!

This facility is clean and staff are very nice. They seem to be extremely organized and professional. Kelly Yow took her time with us and was very explanatory. We even got notes and instructions printed out for us for any clarification. Highly recommend!

So a guy came in after me and was told he had over an hour wait. I was told I had to wait and couldn’t go to my car cause I was weak and trouble breathing. He talked his way ahead of me and another person. Not cool. I was told he missed his appointment and they took him an hour later. Makes no sense. I like Duke but won’t come Back to this urgent care. Horrible experience.
