I bring my daughter to this urgent care all the time. They are extremely fast and nice. Dr. Ben Hu is amazing and thorough! Can’t recommend this place enough.
Clean, nice, and the doctors were excellent. Definitely recommend.
Although they could not help me, the experience was still pretty good here and I did not have to wait. I feel the doctor was respectful and had good listening skills.
Every time I have needed an urgent care visit I have come to Duke at this location or the Cary location. There never seems to be a big wait and everyone is kind and thorough and time efficient. Once I started coming here, I never went back to FastMed.. which is always the slowest.
Updated review: As mentioned prior, each visit is a hit or miss depending on which physician is working. I generally go to this location when I feel I need more advanced care (versus most urgent cares who dont do labs or testing) I've had one bad visit with a dismissive provider, others were unremarkable and others were good!
