Although they could not help me, the experience was still pretty good here and I did not have to wait. I feel the doctor was respectful and had good listening skills.
Every time I have needed an urgent care visit I have come to Duke at this location or the Cary location. There never seems to be a big wait and everyone is kind and thorough and time efficient. Once I started coming here, I never went back to FastMed.. which is always the slowest.
Updated review: As mentioned prior, each visit is a hit or miss depending on which physician is working. I generally go to this location when I feel I need more advanced care (versus most urgent cares who dont do labs or testing) I've had one bad visit with a dismissive provider, others were unremarkable and others were good! If you need eye care, Dr. Hunter is the best!!! Make sure you get scheduled with him asap! He is a very busy and booked doctor, however, this guy knows his stuff! 9 years strong for us!!
