Top notch Urgent Care facility. The staff, including the front desk, the phlebotomist/medical assistant, EKG tech and PA were all professional and friendly. Everything was efficient, done in house and done on time. If you need urgent care go to Holly Springs. You will be well taken care of!!
Took in our 3.5yr old who was having trouble breathing. We arrived just after opening at 8, with no appointment, and they took us back right away. The PA that day was amazing and caring. They did a lot of monitoring and X-rays, and gave us instructions to do an at-home treatment and come back for a vitals recheck. Unfortunately, her breathing hadn’t improved, so they recommended we go to a children’s ER for further treatment. We were at this facility over the weekend as my 8yr old fell off from a ht of 8ft and hit the ground,he was literally bleeding and couldn't walk when we went there.the nurse who attended us was soo rude and adamant about him standing on the weighing scale by himself . I understand you need to get weight for medicine dosages etc but can't you be kind or have basic empathy towards a kid who is already in lot of pain and trauma,? I bring my daughter to this urgent care all the time. They are extremely fast and nice. Dr. Ben Hu is amazing and thorough! Can’t recommend this place enough.
Clean, nice, and the doctors were excellent. Definitely recommend.
