This place use to be a great place to come to when one was sick or has sudden need for a doctor. They complained about people going to the ER because they do not want anyone coming in that does not have urgent needs and taken beds for patients that might have more serious issues going on. I had a great visit. Jared was fantastic!
I was told by the Duke GI on call doctor to come here for removing a painful manometry tube - it’s just an NG tube. She said they could check my MyChart for the notes and could probably do it. They flatly refused and never even checked MyChart. I think it was too close to closing time and they just wanted to go home so they sent me to wait for hours at the ER in pain instead.
