Do not go here! My daughter had a high fever and stomach/back pain. The providers said it was a virus and refused any tests (no blood, urine, Covid, flu). After 3 more days of increasingly high fever we went to a different Urgent Care. My daughter was given a full work up including blood and urine testing. She had a severe kidney infection which would have been easily diagnosed with blood work. Duke you need to do better. Other Google reviews indicate this is a pattern.
Came in with pain and questions. I saw Dr. Tobin today with over 30 years of experience she was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Despite being an urgent care she took the time to get to know me, answer my questions, and ultimately got me the care I needed. Front desk and intake triage care partner were respectful and kind as well. Would highly recommend receiving care here
