Had a good experience both times I’ve went-providers were thorough and compassionate. Check the wait times before you go and “reserve your spot” online at their website before you get there. Special shoutout to Sara who is an amazing provider!
We made an appointment online after two other urgent cares told us there would be a three hour or more wait. We had not even sat down yet, when our name was called for triage. All of the staff were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location and they will be my first choice in the future.
Quick, Professional, and Compassionate Care I had an excellent experience at this medical office. I arrived early with a sore throat and was seen promptly, with the entire visit taking just one hour. The staff, from the front desk clerk to the physician assistant, were both pleasant and professional. This place is horrible I been checked in for over two n a half hrs not seen then called to the back placed in a room for another 30 mins still have not been seen but all you hear is talking in laughing from the workers
Staff was nice I had the flu and the nurse practitioner wrote me a note to be out for 3 days Where do they do that at I thought that was kinda of crazy
