I went to urgent care for what I thought was a sprained ankle. Upon prompt care and thorough examination, it was determined that I had a broken tibia. Special recognition going out to Amy Marie Tammenga, NP. She was skilled, knowledgeable and caring. In fact, the entire staff was capable and efficient.
Naomi was great.
Dr Mony Surbhi and the staff nurse were highly professional. The provide me explanation on my itching and they patient to answer all my questions and concern. I will rate their client service 100%. My second time of visiting the urgent care branch and am always happy to come back. I recommend them for excellent awards.
Although they were very busy, the wait time was minimal. The staff was courteous, friendly and polite. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
