No answer when I call this number. I have been waiting for a return call from the spine doctor I saw on December 20th 2023. It is now January 17th 2024. I did reach a nurse at the spine center this morning, and she said she would have the doctor call me.

We have been in the ER at Duke University Hospital since approximately 2:30 PM. Our daughter Ellen Whittington has been a Duke patient for going on 11 years. We have seen pretty much every aspect of this hospital in some form or fashion. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of organization, process, and follow through we have experienced this afternoon and evening.
