The hospital served my mom's needs well.
This is a very horrible hospital, i called and spoke to a front desk person named Brian, we had a 10 minute phone call and he was just horrible, very horrible. He lacked any sense of empathy, I was shocked at how cold and unearthed he sounded. He refused to transfer me and said all he could do was provide me with a phone number, interrupted me numerous times while I had to keep myself composed despite the height of the news I was conveying to him.
