Today I had a great experience at Duke Triangle Endoscopy Center. From check-in to discharge, every member of the staff was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. Good service. Old building acquired by Duke. Waiting area is a bit crowded. Place is reasonably clean and staff is polite and accommodating.

Hurry up and wait is the name of the game at this clinic. The prep is rushed, the discharge is rushed (I could barely stand as I was shoved out the door), and in between you get to sit around (I sat in my bay for about an hour past my scheduled procedure). The nurse lifting the bed would have gone smoother with a farm jack. My blanket had such big holes in it, it would have seen better use as a poncho. There is no room for care if anything out of the ordinary happens, because the phycisians appear to be running constantly be... read more
