We had what we deemed an emergency with a backed up laundry room drain late in the day before 5pm. Called these guys and you gotta be kidding me they were here within 25 mins. Matthew was the tech and had good candor. I appreciated him explaining everything that was going on with our issue,...easily understood! He had his jr. tech Shelton with him who was also cordial. This was out 1st experience with Duke's and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for a concern. Thank you!!
Took care of cleaning out my sewer line quickly and without a mess. Very happy with Duke and shout out to Jordan for the help!
Had tree roots plugging drain called Dukes came out same day did a fantastic job quick and very professional service, thank you highly recommend
