The people who schedule for Duke Rheumatology are absolutely terrible. Really congested area. One place to park for all clinics in garage. Had to pay for parking. Drove several hours to get here. The doc was nice but seemed disinterested & did the bare minimum. I won't be going back. Check in was smooth, nice staff.

The WORST experience I have ever had with any medical facility. I have been trying to be seen since July 2023 and my appointments keep getting canceled with no notifications whatsoever. My new appointment, that I had to call to even find out about, is in December of 2025.

I saw some NP name Harpreet Kaur. She is was rude and cold. I felt bad vibes from and her. She was rude and cold acting . I am going to be going to UNC doctors now. Duke Doctors seem like they don't care and the rude.

I had a great visit with Dr. David Leverenz - he was very kind, caring, listened to me, and spent time explaining my diagnosis to me. He would get five stars however when the appointment was made, I was told I would be seeing him at the clinic and not the hospital. This part was true and I paid my $40.00 copay upon arrival of my visit. Then I get a bill in the mail for hospital fees. For the life of me I don't understand how you can bill for hospital fees and I was seen in the clinic in a regular exam room just like a doctor... read more
