Charged for multiple medications I never received. For eight months, I left repeated voicemails trying to resolve the issue, yet not a single call was ever returned. I even sent physical mail with no acknowledgment. It’s deeply concerning — and frankly predatory — to charge a vulnerable patient recovering from surgery for medications that were never provided, then ignore every attempt to correct the error.
The staff is excellent. Very caring.

This outpatient services team provided me exceptional service. At first not exactly knowing the correct area to be- a team member wheeled me to the area. From the young lady to the Technician- 5*service- kind - caring - professional service. Very much appreciated
