I would not recommend working with David Kusko, if the conversation I had with him today, is indicative of how he treats his clients, tenants and referral partners. David has two very cheap rentals listed at around $1,100-$1,200 per month in a C class neighborhood located in NW Houston. I called to get answers to some questions we had about the properties. I am absolutely astounded to see negative reviews! My husband and I have been in our home for going on 3 years. Any problems we’ve had were promptly fixed. We’ve never had a problem with communication. He gave my family a chance when NO ONE else was willing. Yes, we pay a small fee for repairs, but it’s fixed so quickly we never mind. He’s not up our butts, and is just all around amazing. I would highly recommend doing business with Duke Realty. It’s been an absolute pleasure.
