I came here for my first ever in-person sleep study. I had previously done an at-home test. The staff was great. Nettie was kind, helpful and attentive. They had condiments available, and brought me an orange juice in the morning. It was my first time wearing a cpap and all the equipment so that was an interesting experience.
It takes months to get results back. Weeks to even schedule a follow up appointment. I understand staffing is a problem but this is ridiculous.
The on site staff were communicative, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They anticipated needs and set a relaxing environment to ensure accurate test results.
