The best MRI experience I've ever had - BY FAR (I've had 4)!
My appointment was at 630. I am still waiting to even get near the MRI machine. I have been told I will be waiting until at least 730. I asked why no one had called me to tell me about the delay. The receptionist was exceptionally rude. I was finally taken to the unit at 824, almost 2 hours later. I am highly considering transferring all my doctors to those outside of the Duke network.
