I had outpatient thyroid biopsies on 12/31/2014 by Dr. James Knutson. I had requested him as I read his bio and was very impressed. He did not disappoint. Dr. Knutson was kind, gentle, and highly skilled. During the entire procedure he kept me informed of what to expect and was continuously reassuring. He was a wizard with multiple biopsy needles and a definite 10 plus physician.
After being in the hospital for a week they placed a drain and it did not work. It needs to be redone and had me not eating or drinking since 12 midnight and here its 3:30pm and they still haven't come to do it. Very poor customer service. Dont recommend.
