Outstanding personnel.
The entire staff was friendly and efficient at the 3320 Wake Forest Rd Raleigh location. Services provided during my visit were from Jill and Kristina. They were proficient, professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Very clean and comfortable setting. The staff does their best to not keep you waiting. Duke chart is more than helpful for including an organized system for me to access all sorts of information and correspondence. Very user friendly.
This office was very professional and welcoming. It is difficult to be sure where exactly any radiology appointment is on the Duke Raleigh campus. It would be very helpful for Duke Raleigh to assign each patient to a building name, or building number or even a color assigned to each site for identification.
