Ya don’t go here unless you have high paying private insurance. I’m in the ER with chest pain, a hernia that the dr had to force in while I was visibly in pain, and popped right out again after release. This kills people. They sent me home knowing I haven’t used the restroom in over a week and a half and extremities were going numb. Impaction and hernia strangulation is considered an emergency and they both knew this was wrong. I had blood taken with no i.v (to compare results) which surprised the nurse that I had no I.v. It... read more

I waited five and a half hours yesterday for an antibiotic prescription. For a wisdom tooth that had impacted and broke through my moler that lead to a severe infection. I was preped and triaged but to have to wait for five hours while in agonizing pain, I went up to the counter shortly before I gave up and left empty handed with failed services, and asked the lady and her response to why it takes five hours to get a simple prescription was that I entered an er. I have never in my life had to deal with such neglect from a ho... read more

I love my home hospitals in Boston, because they “get it.” Then I thought: what makes Boston hospitals so excep... read more

My experience was traumatizing. I was in extreme distress because of their treatment towards me. It was terrifying. I strongly recommend that you find somewhere else to go if possible. Urgent Care told me to go there because their tests confirmed it was not a UTI (twice) and, my right and left flank pain keeps getting worse every morning. The ER treated me and the person with me horribly. They asked us both where our parents are and how we support ourselves.... my age is on the chart and I am a full grown adult, and, asking ... read more

This is the best experience I have received from an ER ever! The quality of service and the urgency to get me seen and taken care of was unmatchable!
