Just avoid it. Brought my wife in who was writhing in pain, and after 2 hrs all they had managed to do was take her vitals. Useless.
Used to really like this hospital. The Emergency department is bad. Long waits. Confusion among staff. People keep coming in and 5 to 10 hour wait is normal from my experience. Call around and find one with better reviews
I wrote a review on the hours we had to sit in the ER waiting rooms (5+) with and open wound draining. Dr Taylor and the evening/night shift were AMAZING!!! Once in a room He was prompt, got CT, labs and the surgeon consult done within a couple of hours. Professional Politeness and Cate was proved to us before being taken upstairs. Also the CT tech, he was amazing and made sure I had a chair while waiting! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!
individuals waiting for over 8 hours to be taken back and see, waiting room packed with patients, staff spread thin and stressed. Not coming back again, very disappointing
They don't care about children who are burned and in pain. Take a seat. The system is terrible and this ER is useless. Terrible lack of compassion for a child. Go America. He has insurance.
