One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Will never go here again even though it’s very close to my home. I will go to Briar Creek! The wait was quite long! It was a Friday night and I know it was busy but every patient needs the same level of care!!! They wanted to treat me for a heart attack. I refused scans and EKG which nurse seemed to not like! After waiting 4 hours with chronic pancreatitis, they offered me my at-home meds and told me to wait until after my scans to get anything stronger which will take another 90 mins or so. Knowing that I have chronic pain because they did my surgery here last month. I talked to my significant other and she told me that when they do that, they think I'm a "drug seeker" while knowing I have chronic pain and not to take it just in case i have to go to another hospital later, they cant say that I got narcotics earlier. I came in for a head injury, I was seen quickly and promptly. I received the needed attention and I was out within 5 hours.
Waiting hours and hours just to get triaged. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Stay as far away from here as you can.
