Staff were all super kind and accommodating. They took my issues seriously and made sure to schedule follow ups with appropriate specialists.
Had a terrible experience, overheard doctors laughing about my condition and when I went to ask for my nurse and attempted to wait for her I had security called on me. I never once raised my voice, I never once cursed. I waited 4 hours to be seen about a migraine and was redirected when I explained my symptoms. I was over-talked, dismissed, and ultimately ignored. When I asked to see someone else I got security called, security was VERY nice though and it seems was familiar with this type of behavior from the staff. Complete... read more
Its seem this place lives up to its reviews. Been here for 3 hours with symptoms of appendicitis and not even labs have been done. Brought up that I am in large amount for pain but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Please go somewhere else. This place use to be amazing they had empathy. It seems that no longer exists.
