Rex, one of the Wake Meds, Urgent Care, perhaps even diagnosing yourself via YouTube would be better than coming here. Old, dirty, super slow, and an attitude of we just don’t care. Go elsewhere!
I went to this ER a few times and usually the visits would go well and the staff were nice. But on another note, I came here today because of an abscess that keeps coming back and when i asked my doctor about ways to prevent it, he had a nerve to say “ i would talk to a surgeon but they are just going to tell you to lose weight” and throughout the entire visit he and the nurse he had with him were very rude to me and didn’t give me proper care. They didn’t even bandage me after the I & D they just left the packing there!!!! ... read more
I had one of the best ER experiences I've ever had. Everyone was very kind, and courteous. I was in and out within 2 hours. The NP Traneda, went out of her way to try and solve my medical issue, and even called and left a voicemail later in the evening saying she'd gone over my chart again, and wanted to put me on a course of antibiotics. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews, my experience there was excellent.
Don't come here if you need emergency care...just don't. Save your time,money, and most importantly your life. go seek care from another hospital..please
