Horrible horrible horrific medical service my blood pressure was 393 and I had a abscess the size of a basket ball and they made me wait in the waiting room for over 4 hours I begged for some help for hours I was feeling dizzy and faint the entire wait and they told me to just sit down and wait. Mind you I callee 911 to come get me and still waited 4 plus hours I am going to take out a lawsuit for this situation and horrible experience
Just left here after having a severe allergic reaction. This is my place of choice for treatment since the only other option is Wake Med and that place just sucks. Any emergency room you’re gonna have to wait awhile because the staff is overworked. All my experiences have been nothing but pleasant. I was there for 17 hours but nurses were VERY attentive (shoutout Cameron, Caleb, Kaitlyn, and Kallie). Obviously that’s my experience and I have a ton of preexisting concerning health problems so i’m gonna get treated differently... read more

This hospital is terrible. Came to the er at 830 pm. Got to an exam room about 130 am it's now 345 am. Not a single nurse or doctor has come to see the patient. Called the nurse button to no avail. Will start going to wake med it has to be better.
