RecommendedThe staff and drs and nurses are so great
our son was in extreme back pain and we were in and out of the ER within 45 minutes. Dr.Tyler did good by calling an orthopedic surgeon rather than ordering unnecessary tests. Second time there and if needed again we would return.
New to the state I had a medical emergency and was sent there worse medical experiences of my life! Let’s start with the Er waiting room! Bloody towels and at least 10 different blankets the were thrown up on coughed on and sneezed all over them by sick patients waiting to be seen ( took plenty of pictures! Of this) all over the floors and chairs after sitting in waiting 4 hours to be taken back to be seen I was put in a gurney ( that was covered with a sheet that was stained with some type of bodily fluids, when I asked the... read more
I had surgery here with ENT Dr Calhoun Cunningham on April 18 2019. This hospital was amazing at everything. Dr Cunningham is an awesome doctor too!
Dirty ER , stained sheets(had to ask for a clean sheet only to have an even more stained one to be placed in bed ) , no communication , left in hallway with open rooms for 2 hours only to be explained they were saved “Incase” they were needed but offered a room in our final 10 minutes of our stay.... Doctor never even touched my wife as “she’s in a hallway” after 8 hours and no resolution we were lied to and told we would be referred to specialist and seen next day ... soonest appointment 6 weeks away.!!! ER department was very quick in their response and putting me in my own room. Great and caring staff. Made my stay comfortable. I am glad I made a choice to drive from Clayton to Duke Raleigh Hospital as I received good Heath care. Thank you!
