We have a Prenatal Class for expectant parents at both of our offices every month. It is a good chance for you to meet one of our physicians and ask questions before you deliver. Please call if you or someone you know is interested in attending. For February: today Tuesday February 11th 6pm with Dr. Ruderman at our north Durham office Wednesday February 26th 5:30pm with Dr. Pittman at our Sutton Station office
Of course Duke Pain Medicine has my phone numbers, but I got a letter in the mail that they cannot get in touch with me. I have received NO messages on my cell phone or my home phone, while I do get both texts and messages from other Duke dr. offices on my cell, and verbal messages on my home phone. Maybe they should hire better workers.
I filed a complaint with customer services about a case at your ER on Dec 24/25 th only to receive a letter from Risk Management : Anita Baldwin stating that your ER staff Doc : did not feel that my 100% Veteran husband with type 2 diabetes with a open wound needed to be hospitalized & they sent him home only to be hospitalized on the 26 th for several days due to infection /blockages in another hospital in Fayetteville NC. RecommendedAlways have the best care at Duke! My health care team (Dr. Joshi & Dr. Applegate) is awesome, from nurses to doctors. I drive from Virginia and don’t regret it. Well worth the drive for excellent health care!
RecommendedThis, by far, is THE best place I’ve ever been for my problems! Everyone, from docs and nurses to admin and transporters, are genuinely caring people.
They billed my insurance one amount and then tried to add 500 more dollars to the amount I owed. No one in the accounting office could explain why? First said it was late fees and my insurance company paid within 30 days of receiving bill from LMRMC. If that’s true, that’s a pretty steep late fee. Ridiculous!!!!
