Getting things done on a professional level.
I came in not too long ago complaining of serious stomach pains and gastro issues. As this has never happened I of course went in. I could barely stand up/walk. It took me forever to be seen and once seen, I felt like my concerns weren’t seriously acknowledged. It almost felt like it was being brushed off as a stomach ache. Anyway, they write me a prescription for what’s basically pepto, try to give me Tylenol (I ended up getting something stronger) and send me on my way. I came in last week complaining of shortness of breath and my lungs and chest were heavy and hurting. The check in lady then proceeded to tell me it was a cold. They still got me triaged, then once in my room, the dr comes in , Lawrence C. , and tells me to quit smoking and leaves. Then comes back with a prescription for robitussin and that was it.
