I cannot be more excited about my experience there...from the moment walking in to check in to discharge, some of the most professional men and women I have met...Stephanie in recovery...those saints on the 3rd floor (i wish I could remember everyone's name)...the Drs and Surgeon...admission and chaplain and food service...each and every one was exceptionally professional, caring, and dedicated to their craft. THANK YOU ALL...
I just wanted to say I had the absolute best nurse in the world. Rachel made me so comfortable. At one point I woke up confused and unaware she stayed by my side and kept me calm. I completely broke down into tears when she said she was leaving and that I would be moved upstairs. Which meant I would not see her again. Btw, if anyone from the higher ups sees this I’d appreciate it if she could come by!! I’d like to make it known if you have Rachel as a nurse you’re in the best care possible!! I filed a complaint with customer services about a case at your ER on Dec 24/25 th only to receive a letter from Risk Management : Anita Baldwin stating that your ER staff Doc : did not feel that my 100% Veteran husband with type 2 diabetes with a open wound needed to be hospitalized & they sent him home only to be hospitalized on the 26 th for several days due to infection /blockages in another hospital in Fayetteville NC. Best Hospital in the Carolinas.
the Nursing staff as well, as other staffs are very organized and easy to work with. My extended stay of 5days was very comfortable . If I was able to say thank you to each Department I would. A++
Today I went into the ER for pain on a scale 1-10 my pain was a 9 I hardly had a conversation with a Dr they never put me in a room but instead kept bringing back to the waiting room after my X-rays a nurse whom didn’t even introduce himself came and told me that my X-rays were clear and nothing was seen on them, but gave me prescriptions for drugs one for pain and the other I have no idea why because he said they didn’t see anything wrong, I have insurance and they treated me as they wanted me to get out of the hospital by ... read more
