Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a hospital. Everyone from the check in nurses to the recovery nurses where absolutely phenomenal. And I can not say enough about my surgeon and his team Dr. Speer. Thank you so much for such a great experience.
I could have literally died. I went there with severe back pain. They assumed I was drug seeking because I previously sought help there for a detox. I came in and a DO did an X-ray and said everything looked fine. I requested a cat scan because I knew something was wrong. He didn't look at my urine or draw blood even. He said it is t necessary. I went straight to wake med and they did a urine and blood test, cat scan and found I had a severe kidney infection and pancreatitis. I could have died if I didn't go straight to anot... read more
The nurses are impatient. When a patient gets aggravated with them they and dig the iv needles into their arms, multiple times.
My Son was severely dehydrated upon entering the ED. He was evaluated quickly! Screened properly and treated promptly! Excellent care! Would highly recommend anyone going to Duke Raleigh for their care!
