Everyone at Duke Raleigh is always professional, proficient, kind, compassionate and caring. As a cancer patient being treated at Duke Raleigh, I have many, many experiences with staff, Dr's, nurses, technicians etc. and have never had a negative experience! NEVER!! Superb care. Awrsome caring staff treated my elderly dad as if he were their own dad. Initially took to a different hospital ER. They blew us off and sent him home. He got much worse within 4 hrs so I rushed him here. ER was super busy and overloaded but still treated him like he was their most important patient. Admitted him and the hospitalist MD was like a dog with a bone until she found the issue. It was a really confusing tough case but she figured it out, treated him and the recovery is miraculous.
