The staff here at Duke are just wonderful and very devoted to their patients.
If you go to Duke Raleigh please avoid Dr. Levick, Dr. Estock, an Dr. Sauzz....(idk if I spelled their names right.) They will not help my mom at all. She's been to the hospital multiple times and they send her home everytime. She has lupus on top of other diseases and just received 3 units of blood. Every time she goes, one of them is there to refuse her care, care that she desperately needs. One even called her an addict. She most certainly is not. My husband had surgery for lung cancer at Duke Raleigh last week. I have never seen such caring people from his surgeon, his nurses and the rest of the group in ICU and on the 5th floor. He's home now and I can only say all of you have our heartfelt thanks.
The nurses and staff were amazing so professional and helpful.
