Don't go here if you have a emergency!!! You'll die waiting 10 hours to get your hand stitched. And you won't get care for at all by the incompetent nurse staff. They don't give a fuck about your well being and the ALL move with a glacier pace!!! Most unorganized and unprofessional ER room in the entire East Coast!!!!
We started 14 hours earlier by ambulance with my 89 year old mother , and went to Duke Emergency Durham , where we sat after vitals taken on her and then sat in waiting room 5 1/2 hours b4 inquiring when she would be seen , answer maybe in 3 mores hours, We took her exhausted, sick to our home and stayed up with her all night , b4 going to Duke emergency chapel hill morrisville rd Morrisville , they immediately advised us they couldn't help as they had no resources , we headed to Duke emergency Raleigh and "The staff bent ov... read more

From the moment we walked into the Same Day Surgery center to his admission on the 3rd Floor, the care has been spectacular, compassionate and professional. The atmosphere is calming and everyone we came into contact had a smile and was eager to meet our needs. From the nurses, to the assistants, to dietary staff to environmental services- teamwork and patient safety and satisfaction
Extremely helpful friendly staff took care of my son with the best care ever before and after his surgery. They got him laughing even though he was super scared. THANK YOU staff 😊😊
