Liked my Doctors and nurse staff but did not like the food from room service and the cleanliness of my room.
So I've been called a lier by the patient advocate at this hospital over the incompetence of environmental services bleaching my 130$ outfit not only was I here worrying about my mothers heart issues I had to come out of my own pocket and by new clothes then I contact the patient advocate to see what can be done it takes almost a month for the "investigation" to be done to be told it didn't happen the nurse sure was quick to take the pillow that was saturated with bleach from me how dare you usually I'd let something like th... read more
Wow!!! I Mean WOW!! Awesome Staff!! Superb Doctors!!!
I dont like how they treat my mom in the er. She came at 8am in the morning .they just let her sit in the er room for hours. The staff did not come in to check on her this will be her last time coming her.
I was at Duke Raleigh this past weekend for three days recovering from back surgery. Daugette and Karen were amazing nurses that cared for me. My in-laws have had numerous stays at Duke Raleigh as well and we have always had positive experiences. The OT’s and PT’s are wonderful as well.
