Excellent care from beginning to end
I am from Bristol Tn. Ballad Heath has taken over all the hospitals in the Tri cities area. The care has gone down the drain. My daughter has been admitted to Duke yesterday and her care is so much more than we get at home. If I have to have anything done. I am coming over here.
The staff was so great with my daughter. They took great care of her. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. They are the real MVP!! Keep up the great work!

As always, I have been there several times for different surgeries, and every time I came healthier and happier. The medical staff are all very profesional, caring and efficient, from the doctors, nursers, admin personnel, to the last person you encounter, every body care for you, they make you feel special, not just another number in the medical process. Duke keep up the good work Looking forward to see you all again in the future, nothing personal, but I do hope is not too soon.
