Terrible ER. My mother in law was there at 6 pm in excruciating pain. Well they made sure she had insurance first of course. Then in an hour took blood and urine an hour later. Still in excruciating pain nothing was done, nothing was done for hours upon hours. so the emergency room there is horrible
I need back surgery bad. I got a herniated disc in my lower back I had already had surgery in this area in February last year but another disc came herniated and it it's irritating nerves around it pressing on my spine I had a CAT scan I had an MRI. I understand that COVID has your ER very busy but there are other people with other illnesses that need prompt treatment as well. My daughter IS PREGNANT and came into your hospital in severe pain and bleeding over 2 hrs ago.... she's still waiting! Where's the compassion for people other than those who have COVID symptoms. This makes no sense to me as I've worked in healthcare myself. I pray that nothing happens to my daughter and unborn grandchild while she continues to sit in your ER bleeding and in pain
Coming from someone who is a nurse, the nurses here have done a phenomenal job. I am proud of what they have done for my sister and how they have advocated for her. Bravo Zulu!
