The PHONE TREE is HORRIBLE. It takes forever to speak to anyone at Duke. I'm very disappointed in how long it takes to speak to anyone. I understand things are busy, but 20+ minutes just to reschedule an appointment is not right. I know I can go online to Duke My Chart, but most people would rather speak to someone when making a simple schedule change.
