I went for a bone density assessment. Everyone was friendly and professional. I appreciated the promptness of my appointment. Overall, a good visit.

I had an appointment scheduled today for a mammogram and when I arrived I was told by the receptionist that it had been rescheduled to another time and location. Without informing me. The receptionist was completely unsympathetic and unapologetic. When I called the scheduling phone number, I talked to a great customer service individual who apologized and told me it was an error on their part. The radiologist was neither vaccinated nor tested for COVID. I had a mammogram appointment at Patterson Place, October 28, 2021; the radiologist (working at 4pm) was not vaccinated and, in stead of wearing a medical mask, wore a cloth mask that was covering the tip of her nose. I ask her to wear a proper , n95, medical mask - she did not have any available! She ended up double masking. I was nervous about my appointment, but the technicians there for both bone density and for mammograms were informative, professional, and kind. The appointment was efficient and I highly recommend.
