Don’t even bother trying to go here. Scheduling is a disaster. I’ve been trying to get in the office for 2 months and nothing is ever available.

Excited to be a new patient here. The facility is clean with advanced equipment, every care provider was on time, yet took their time and never made me feel rushed. From the front desk, to the nurse tech, the doctor & the lab assistant, each person was extremely kind and thoughtful.
My past Duke Doctor left the Duke system. I have been trying to get an appointment with a new Doctor in the Sweetwater location that indicates is seeing new patients for 2 month with no luck. The schedule is always full within 2 weeks and new patients are not allowed to schedule beyond two weeks. This is a terrible process and very disappointing and unsatisfactory.
