I would give a negative star if possible. There was a miscommunication about the appointment to begin with. The assistant Yuri seemed like she couldn’t care less about her job. Checked my weight twice and still couldn’t remember the recording. Due to the miscommunication, I walked out without seeing the physician and I still got billed 300 bucks despite the doctor and the front desk assuring that this appointment was marked as cancelled. I could go on about the miscommunication too but tldr, save your time and go elsewhere.
The facility is nice and doctor Bayes was great. The problem with this facility is that they charge exorbitant rates!! I have great insurance and have never had to pay anything for my yearly physical until I came here. They charged so much for a 30 min physical appointment that my insurance made me pay the difference of close to $200 because they charged way more than they should for a physical. I will no longer be going to this practice. I can’t imagine what they would charge for other services if needed!
Dr. Patel is exactly the kind of physician you hope to find. He listens, takes your concerns seriously, and goes above and beyond. This clinic is new, super clean, and they always have availability.
Dr Kay Bayes is absolutely fantastic! I’ve never had such a great care from any group. I couldn’t recommend this location more.
