Relatively new clinic. Very clean & spacious. Front desk staff friendly & helpful. Very little wait time. Nursing staff has been very pleasant & knowledgeable. And I've been very impressed with all providers I've seen there.
So far, it has been a really terrible experience. They screwed up labeling of my bloodwork and charged my insurance, despite my explicitly asking them not to. I can't talk to anyone with the office because no one answers. When They do call, they don't leave a callback number so I am stuck on hold for 30 mims before giving up. They keep pushing me through my chart where I can't get an answer. Great Acupuncture Visit last week which we paid out of pocket for. Sad, that while Duke is attempting to introduce Acupuncture & Massage Therapy as healing modalities to address mind, body, emotion & spirit - rather than treat just a single ailment to restore balance & well being — they, Duke, Sweetwater, Apex does not accept Veterans Administration, “Care in the Community”. I would give a negative star if possible. There was a miscommunication about the appointment to begin with. The assistant Yuri seemed like she couldn’t care less about her job. Checked my weight twice and still couldn’t remember the recording. Due to the miscommunication, I walked out without seeing the physician and I still got billed 300 bucks despite the doctor and the front desk assuring that this appointment was marked as cancelled. I could go on about the miscommunication too but tldr, save your time and go elsewhere.
