Not too thrilled with my recent phone call trying to confirm my son’s appointment. I have gotten 0 text or email reminders for his appointment and called to ensure it was in their system. The automated system was having a hard time understanding me so it transferred me to a person. Her tone seemed annoyed from the start and only continued through the short conversation. Hoping things are better when we go in person. When I initially called to make the appointment weeks ago, I spoke to a different person who was so sweet.
We love the doctors and nurses here, but after our recent incident it feels like we shouldn’t go back. In the past few visits our daughter has unfortunately developed an association of black people and getting shots that she’s been fearful of people. That’s something we don’t want her to associate so we asked if she’s getting shots that day if we could have someone different to help that association. NP Virginia Mcclean has been taking care of my preemie baby girl since we left the NICU. She is excellent! I feel very cared for and listened to about any questions/concerns I have and she is always happy to see her. I couldn’t ask for better care for my baby! Also, everyone else in the office is extremely nice.
