Love Dr Hankenson! His nurse is very kind and thoughtful. Front staff are friendly and welcoming! Lab technician, what more can I say! She is awesome sticking my tiny moving veins and very friendly and quick. She understands you’re scared!
Giving the one star for the nurse practitioner Patel. Over all, the average care at this office is 3 stars. It’s better than the local hospital. However I found Patel is awfully dismissive and the type of provider who says, “I think your issue is anxiety.” instead of actually listening and looking deeper and then treating the real issue. Her attitude is so awful and pushy and I did not feel listened to or cared for at all! Not everything is anxiety! Sheesh!
