Went for a routine checkup for the first time. The doctor who saw me was quite cold and was not empathetic in any way.
Leanne PA and Davette (I’m sorry if I spelled incorrectly) were amazing! I was seen for possible strep or upper respiratory, Davette was calm and comforting, she covid swabbed me and I told her I haven’t been strep swabbed since I was a kid and I was pretty nervous. She was reassuring and she was as gentle and quick as ever strep swabbing me. I was amazed how quick and easy it was! Had to schedule new patient visit so far in advance I couldn't be sure I could get the day off. When I had to reschedule I was punished by being rescheduled 7 months later. Also, was told that the doctor may not be seeing new patients before that. So if I reschedule again, which I probably will, I will have no doctor.
Good parking, great doctors, accessible
My wife and oldest daughter went into the building upstairs while I had to run an errand with my younger daughter. After my errand I went upstairs. After seeing 2 staff members I approached the brunette. I asked if she had seen my wife and daughter come through. She looked up from texting like I had just spoken a different language and didn't respond. Then went back to texting while the other women kept her head in her phone.
