A family member was driven into a hypertensive crisis by this clinic and their incompetent personnel over some insurance issues, giving him stress and disappointment, basically ghosting him, wouldn't answer emails, doctors pretending it's none of their business, management is nowhere to be found and is not responsible for anything. Went for a routine checkup for the first time. The doctor who saw me was quite cold and was not empathetic in any way.
Leanne PA and Davette (I’m sorry if I spelled incorrectly) were amazing! I was seen for possible strep or upper respiratory, Davette was calm and comforting, she covid swabbed me and I told her I haven’t been strep swabbed since I was a kid and I was pretty nervous. She was reassuring and she was as gentle and quick as ever strep swabbing me. I was amazed how quick and easy it was! Had to schedule new patient visit so far in advance I couldn't be sure I could get the day off. When I had to reschedule I was punished by being rescheduled 7 months later. Also, was told that the doctor may not be seeing new patients before that. So if I reschedule again, which I probably will, I will have no doctor.
