I've been going to Duke Primary Care Heritage for a couple of years now, and I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming—never any wait time, which is rare these days. Dr. Walker is truly exceptional. Where do i start? Lack of professionalism, this facility pushed their own agendas, no matter what the patient says when a patient has a right to be heard, and a right to choose. They allow the nurse practitioner to speak to people without respect she has no experience is not even listed online, when you ask her for credentials, she gets an attitude they do not listen to patients at this facility stay far far away, especially Catherine she is probably the worst provider I’ve seen and my 55 years of life . Saw a NP called Catherine & while professional, she didn't listen to my needs & when she saw I was recording my appt, she freaked out! Made a major issue & put in my chart that I'm "demanding". I have a variety of chronic illnesses, but she only wanted to address one; even though they all affect each other. Asked for the demanding comment to be erased from my record & was told a committee had to review such an issue. Then, when I mentioned a diagnosis they had listed was wrong, the Dr. Removed it asap; so huh? Also, I was to... read more
