Both of my babies go here, they pediatricians are amazing, Dr Vaughan and Dr Gonzalez, but today I had probably one of the most traumatic experiences with the guy that takes the blood samples, he had to take a blood sample for my 1 year old, she was fuzzy because she just had her vaccine shot of course she was gonna cry, she’s a baby! This guy started to being really rude AT THE BABY, and screamed at me do me to hold her hand, even tho I was holding her.
