This is my first pregnancy and I do not recommend this location at all or Duke at all. I'm considered high risk pregnancy however it sure didn't seem like it with the lack of compassion and lack of efficiency from the providers. Being told I'm in the "gray area" for something thats high risk sure doesn't make a first time mom feel great in case they didn't know that. 5 years ago was alot better when they actually cared idek what kind of doctor I got seen by today my main concern was dismissed without actually being evuated i don't understand why my doctors changed so much
Terrible service, not family friendly.
Would not let us in with our 1 year old baby, where am I supposed to leave my child home alone? Go somewhere family friendly. We will be switching out of Duke Health over this.
I wouldn’t recommend, go elsewhere. Not family friendly.
