I was apprehensive about my visit after reading the reviews, but my experience was wonderful! Everyone from the front staff, US tech, doctor, genetic counselor were so kind. I would recommend this team.
Please note, this review is solely based on my visit on June 3rd, 2025, as I've had an appointment every week since early April. Yesterday, I felt unseen, unheard, unsupported, and just a number, whereas other visits, I felt the opposite. It all started when my full name was called to prepare to walk to the back with Rebecca. I approached her extremely chipper and happy, asking, "How are you this morning?" She didn't respond. Instead, she asked, "Do you have to use the restroom before we start?" I said yes. Great place
This is my first pregnancy and I do not recommend this location at all or Duke at all. I'm considered high risk pregnancy however it sure didn't seem like it with the lack of compassion and lack of efficiency from the providers. Being told I'm in the "gray area" for something thats high risk sure doesn't make a first time mom feel great in case they didn't know that. 5 years ago was alot better when they actually cared idek what kind of doctor I got seen by today my main concern was dismissed without actually being evuated i don't understand why my doctors changed so much
