The clinic sends away poor people, regardless of medical necessity, despite tax-exempt status and profit of hospital. The clinic doesn't consider the widespread pattern that a lack of education in medical experts and bias against patients resulted in misdiagnosis, and then patients pay for more visits that don't help based on those misdiagnosis, and that loss subtracts possibilities of education, work, and results in poverty. I purchased hearing aids and had a one year check at which they charge $60. A week later my right hearing aid stopped charging. I spoke with a tech who told me to come in for an appointment and charged me another $60 for something she could have helped me with over the phone. I sent an email to them, and was contacted by quality assurance reviewer who gave me a "Good Will" refund and thanked me for the feedback. I appreciated it.
