I am extremely disappointed with my experience here today. I never thought Duke would treat anyone the way I was treated this morning. It appears Duke has changed over the years and it's very disheartening. I can remember a time when Duke truly cared for the patients and the staff would go above and beyond to help them in every way. You gotta see Dr. Barret! He's awsome sauce. Fixed my deviated septiim and made sure he personally answered any questions I had! Best place to fix any ear nose throat problems!
