I have been seeing Dr Duke for 21 years. He is the absolute best. He never rushes me. He always listens closely and takes excellent care of me.
Dr. Duke is extremely intelligent, efficient, and compassionate. He was able to diagnose my problem and treat my symptoms quickly. His medical staff is courteous and efficient, and they are knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.
Dr. Is great staff is killer of business. Billing a rip-off even with insurance. Had wellness physical paid by company, they added additional office visit $279.00 for a referral for diabetes annual checkup which insurance will not pay. They say customary charge for referral. Really two minutes top $279.00 need to find new and will find Dr. Iffice
Getting the office to answer the phone for anything would help. He is hard to get in touch with when you need your doctor the most. I would not recommend him to anyone. I tried it for years and now I have to look elsewhere. Not dependable . Nurse will not answer calls. No one returns calls when you wait for two days for refills. This is no way to run a doctor's office. He wants you to make an appointment when you just need a refill of something you've taken for years. Communication is terrible. Staff very professional and courteous
Became a patient of Dr. Duke years ago at the old location - He is a very good diagnostician as well as a caring physician. Excellent ideas for treatment that go beyond the norm.
Dr. Duke is a very good doctor. However, his office administration and his assistant are very poor. I was waiting on the results of bloodwork which he said should take only one day. Three weeks later, along with countless calls, and several in person visits, resulted in nothing at all except for a $200 bill and NO RESULTS. I like Dr. Duke, but as stated earlier I will never return to his office because of his lousy staff. Do yourself a favor and get established somewhere else.
I would recommend Dr. Duke to others. He listens to specific complaints, and asks the right questions. He is personable, and approachable.
