Nurses and doctors are excellent. It’s the stupid rule that you’re not allowed into the facilities if 2 other people are there to visit the same patient . I don’t mean in the patients room but anywhere in the facilities. If you want to wait in Starbucks, Panera or even Subway while 2 people visit the patient it’s still not allowed. Asked for the rationale and was told “it’s the rule”, no other explanation. Just leave the building. From what I heard don’t complain or the police will be called to take you out of the building.

Husbands appointment was scheduled for 12:30. We arrived at 11:30. Still waiting and it is 1:15. Receptionist is rude and just stated they are running behind and it could be two more hours. Asked if we could walk next door to eat as we have not eaten yet today and she rudely said if you leave and get called your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Multiple people have came and gone since we have been here.
