Employees get defensive rather than answer questions. I got hung up on twice. Spoke to said employees supervisor and received the same disregard. Wanted to know who overall boss was and was told there is no way to contact him. No email, phone etc... He comes in and out of the office and would have to randomly try and catch him. I told them I didn't want to go to the BBB and am waiting to hear from them. They had no idea what the BBB is and they feel secure in their chain of command, feeling that their will be no consequences... read more
