Best commercial kitchen equipment you can get!
Our community restaurant purchased a double oven in 2021- we have had nothing but problems since it has been purchased. The cost of repairs have been twice as much as the original cost of the oven. We have worked with Duke and their vendors over the past few years. We recently reached out to the Duke corporate office but was told that since the warranty has expired, we are out of luck. So $20K for a $6K oven- ridiculous!
Well I been working for a company for 5 yrs at the time and I’m January 2019 I got electrocuted with Duke manufacturing machine I was injured Bad and’s to this day I’ my body is getting worse and I tried to talk to them however they blamed it as normal wear and tear when 3 electrician stated it was a manufacturer defect. Well I guess money makes the world go round because nothing was ever done except talk their way out of it. I’m so hurt by the turn out. However God will make my way.
